These Terms govern your participation in the CLICKXFAME affiliate/publisher program (“Program”). By applying, being approved, or sending traffic to our offers, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and maintain an active contact (Telegram/Teams/WhatsApp).
- We may request KYC/ID and business proof before payouts or at any time.
- Accounts are non-transferable.
2) Traffic Rules (Strict)
- No fraud. Invalid, fake, incentivized, bot, proxy/VPN, duplicate, or self-signups are prohibited.
- No misleading creatives, brand impersonation, or non-compliant content (malware, hate, illegal, adult where prohibited).
- Respect each offer’s GEO, device, cap, and traffic source rules. Ask your manager if unsure.
- Comply with platform policies (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, push networks, email, SMS, etc.).
3) Creatives & Tracking
- Use only approved landers, pre-landers, and tracking links. Do not alter tracking parameters that affect attribution.
- We may add/remove pixels, postbacks, or parameters for quality control.
4) Quality Review & Reversals
- All conversions are pending until validated by advertiser and network fraud checks.
- We may reverse or void conversions for fraud/low quality/chargebacks/duplicate/leads outside GEO or rules.
5) Payouts
- Standard: weekly after validation (NET7/NET14 depending on offer/partner). Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
- Methods: as agreed with your manager (e.g., bank, e-wallets). Fees may apply.
- Fraud clause: “Fraud sales automatic blocked, no payout.” If we detect fraud, we may suspend your account and withhold funds pending investigation.
6) Compliance & Suspension
- We may pause your traffic or account at any time to investigate anomalies.
- Repeated or severe violations may result in termination and permanent withholding of unpaid amounts linked to abuse.
7) Data & Privacy
- Handle all user data lawfully. Do not collect sensitive data without consent or applicable legal basis.
- You must honor opt-outs for email/SMS/push where used.
8) Intellectual Property
- Use our brand assets/offer names only as permitted and never in a misleading way.
9) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to you in the last 60 days.
10) Term & Termination
- You may stop sending traffic at any time. We may terminate or suspend at any time with or without cause.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules.
